Baltimore star quarterback Lamar Jackson will miss Sunday's NFL game at Cleveland with a left ankle injury but the Ravens will see a familiar face when they visit the Browns.Jackson, hurt in Baltimore's October 4 victory over Tennessee, has not practiced since and Minter said on Friday he would miss a second straught game, with Tyler "Snoop" Huntley starting for the Ravens at Cleveland after leading a comeback victory in Atlanta last Sunday.
